Deep-red rosé de saignée. Old vine pinot noir. No malolactic fermation. Pure expression of terroir. Direct contact on the skins after maceration creates the intense Cara Cara ruby-red hue. A spring fresh nose and palate of wild red fruit, balanced by finessed acidity and pinot noir vinosity. Hint of herbs on the finish. Named with love in honor of the importer's mother.
