“Located in the town of Beausset, this place is perched on the southern slope of the Massif du Beausset-Vieux on a clay-limestone soil (Muschelkalk 200 million years underground) with a wide variety of surface soils : pebbly then red, ocher and almost blue clays sometimes. The average altitude of this circus-shaped terroir is 270 meters. The cuvée "La Migoua" has between the years between 50 and 65% of Mourvèdre. The proportion of cinsault is important especially in the hillside of La Louffe facing south. Often more animal than the other cuvées, La Migoua shows a great complexity. It is a wine with subtle aromas and a beautiful balance announcing a long guard.”
