HARDIN CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2018

"Hardin is the baby of Douglas Polaner, one of the NY metropolitan area’s top importers/distributors. Some years back, when Polaner was in Napa visiting some of his high-end producers, he kept noticing barrels that had been set aside and were not being used for bottling. On inquiring, he was told that the wine was very good, just not good enough for their pricey bottles of Cabernet. Being a shrewd businessman, Polaner did the obvious thing, and that is how Hardin was born."
